It didn't say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. They revoked my DLCs silently. If I went to the DLC store that hasn't revoked it shows that I purchased it but when I go to the store of the DLC they revoked it'll have a price tag. WTF!
(1) you purchased the expansions through Steam, but Origin removed them from your Origin library. This is typically resolved by screenshoting your purchase on Steam or finding the purchase confirmation email and providing one or the other or both to EA/Origin's support people. I've had to do it once or twice for other games, but not Sims 3. This should have zero effect on the game in your Steam library, however.
(2) you purchased the expansions through Origin and Origin removed them from your Origin library. Ths is one that you'd need to take up directly with Origin, but the purchase confirmation email is usually sufficient. Had to do that once or twice, too, because I had my games associated with different email accounts. A long time on hold, but quick to fix once I explained the problem and provided proof of purchase.
(3) you purchased expansions from a third-party vendor other than someplace like WalMart or Amazon (you can treat those guys pretty much like the Steam purchase - provide proof of purchase and you're good). A couple of other players have asked about some of those not-so-golden vendors in other recent threads around here and the advice from me and others basically boils down to "you pays your money, you takes your chances." A vendor offering an expansion does not automatically mean that they are providing you with a legitimate product key. If you bought a bogus product key and Origin caught it, then it's something you need to take up with whoever sold you the expansion.
I think it’s the 3rd one. ♥♥♥♥ dude Steam never revoked any of my games and most of them are from 3rd party sellers. I’m going to contact them ♥♥♥♥ EA
Legit resellers for which this is more fixable by way of EA Customer Support are listed here, Steam/Valve is one of them.

That means you either bought through Origin or third party. Sounds like #3. Unless that third party was a reputable retailer (Walmart. Gamestop. Amazon. Best Buy.) you are likely just out of luck: someone sold you a key they didn't have the right to sell, and Origin disabled it (probably as part of a batch of misappropriated keys).
Bummer, but that's the problem with those sites, and why it's best to avoid them.
Honestly, EA should make the prices a little bit less ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expensive. SIGH! Excuse my aggressive behavior but it just boggles my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind when a company tries to revoke codes from users, that COMPANY known for being the officially the worst company in america twice, one of the most anti-consumer, and one of the most expensive video game company, that even offered to buy Valve for $1 billion
Okay, I'm done, thanks and sorry. The Sims community are always kind hearted, thank you.
So theres steam sale how convenient. I bought Sims 3 and all of its expansions, again. but here on steam.
My dad's so gonna kill me once he ask "where did all your money go?" like this https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/facebook/001/067/010/54d.jpg
