You can take the urns to the graveyard and find a plot to place them in. If the home has a gravestone already in the yard, then you can take that to the graveyard. There is a family in Sunset Valley that lives in the spooky-looking old house, and they have a graveyard on the property where the deceased family members will come out at night.
I've always found at least one "empty" house in a neighborhood that is haunted by a ghost or two.
