May add ambition if you like, but the core real-life-like DLC are just those 4...
I personally dont like seasons because of lag :/
A little weather is okay and fun, but I don't like getting snow/frost in the Spring. The developers don't seem to understand anything but climates for northern states and countries. Snow on the beach? With palm trees? Palm trees cannot survive in such climates. They need hot or tropical climates. The snow should stay on the mountains and the beaches should never get snow.
I like to plant crops and have lots of time to level up my gardeners before the Winter frost kills everything. Then they get a vacation from work while they make snowmen and do some snowboarding on their huge private lot next to the lake that they were rich enough to afford. (Okay, that was just one scenario I created for one large family, but all of Winter is a vacation for the families that are professional gardeners.)
