i went to documents, Electronic Arts, the sims 3 and made a mods folder
i downloaded the resource, placed uit in mods, and made a packages folder inside the mods folder where i placed the 3 files inside the packages folder

they two last files can you allways delete if you don´t want them.
there are some mods you have to double click on to install this mods comes with the sims 3 logo
If it does, then all you need to do is take your three files for the weapons mod and drop them into its Packages folder.
