Why is my sim keep getting naked...

this happens sometimes as the game as many bugs and errors so it will glitch sometimes.

I fixed this in my game by using the wardrobe/dresser while in casual wear and making a second career outfit for my sims.

It can happen sometimes. Try writing 'resetsim name surname' to the cheat console

i think its because of trait clothing optional, they will strip off all shirts and pants

It happens from time to time. I think its a glitch in the game.

I always laugh and take a picture of them doing something dumb like planting a seed so it looks like they're a buff demented weirdo picking through a pile of poop in the wilderness

There is a trait (I forget which one) where the Sim enjoys walking around naked a lot of the time. Sometimes, a Sim that did not have that trait will get the trait as a hidden one because they befriended another Sim that had that trait.
