Blur/Mosaic removal for latest patch!
Is there ANY way to remove it? I've tried many mods but still won't work, not for 1.68 or whatever is the latest patch... :/

Use the NRaas Decensor mod.

The Decensor mod does not remove the blur/mosaic. Instead, it locks its display time down to something like 250 miliseconds. It leaves the blur/mosaic in place for toddlers and children, though. I'm still using a version from several years ago, so some or all of this might have changed. I'm vaguely remembering a post by Twallan to the effect that he couldn't figure out a way to remove it entirely but could limit the amount of screen time that it got. The kids/toddlers part was probably left alone so that there would only be one "mod which must not be named" on the official forums. EA's moderators are a bit protective on those aspects.

I'm afraid your information is indeed a bit outdated there. Not on the 250 ms, I mean on the options that are available on the mod.

Most of us who use it never see the mosaic flash by, it goes by so quickly that it may as well not ever have been there. I see it sometimes when clearly the game is very busy processing stuff or the scene I am focusing on hasn't rendered entirely yet but it's gone again before I have time to be annoyed by it.
