Random stealing guy
Hello everyone,

Sometimes this random gray clothed guy comes into my house pulls his "gun" thing out and starts sucking up my furniture what do I do about him??

Unless you are playing an ongoing save that you don't really care what happens to, object-deleting a sim of any kind (includes repo sims, child care social workers, paparazzi, stray animals, etc.) or even using the Move Object cheat on them leads to game corruption. The force-delete command only deletes the sim's body, but their data stays in the game and can cause big problems the next time that sim is called upon for anything.

I vote for paying the bills to keep them away as well. Don't you get some warnings before they show up, do the unpaid bills wherever they are at least turn red and start flashing at you after they are more than a couple of sim days overdue?

I did but he still comes and steals my stuff and the alarm doesn't do anything when he comes in.
