Not sure that will really point you towards the right lot under construction if your active household does not own it, though. This isn't really helpful for the moment either, but guess what I might have done is at least temporarily have placed a large unusual object on the lot or maybe paint the outside of the house a very unusual color so that it's easier to find on the next game session at least until the construction phase is finished. Or I might have given it the (Player) Ownable residential lot type in Edit Town so that it picks up a different looking lot tag from most of the others around it.
