saved game on Appaloosa Plains did not work

Hi,

I do not know why, but when I click on play my family in Appaloosa Plains it starts to loading, but then comes the window with " sorry, but Appaloosa Plains does not work, you need to restart it"... what does it mean for me? Do I need to uninstall game and install again? I already quit and again play it, restart PC, check and delete errors from file... thanks

Can you share a screenshot of this error message your getting? That doesn't sound like any error message I've ever heard of before, but maybe more knowledgeable simmers can help if you can get that.
