Copy/Paste Houses?

So, I started a new playthrough of the game bc I had a fun idea for a family, and it's good, but I miss my first family. Is there a way I can copy-paste the home I've built into the same spot in my other playthrough? IK you can do it with families, but what about homes?

You can save houses and lots into the bin and place them into other neighborhoods. My experience is that this must be done each time you start in a given neighborhood. So if you place MegaMansion on the big lot in Riverview and then start a new game in Riverview, you have to place it again. There is a tab in Edit Town for the bin where buildings/lots are stored.
