CAW (create a world) on Windows 10
i have recently installed CAW on windows 10 and it says sims 3 is not installed, i have looked at how to fix it but i have only found window XP 7/8 one no windows 10. please help

As Windows 10 (except for a few early releases) is all 64-bit, the instructions for 64-bit builds of previous Windows versions (7/8) should work.

The problem is that the CAW tool does not use the registry values of a Steam installation. It's a minor edit, but one that needs to be made in order to get the tool to work. Also, make sure that if you are working from a Steam install that you are using the version of CAW that works with 1.67 rather than the version that works with 1.69 (Origin's version).
