Good for kids?
I want to buy this game for my kid, does it show anything graphic, or is there any thing else in it

I'd say it's fine for kids. There are a few mods that are a little more mature but I doubt you should run into any prombles there. The folders that mods go into are Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Downloads or Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Mods/Packages. If you are consonered you can check there but the game itself is 100% fine.

Here's my reply to your post about this from yesterday:

The entire game is rated "Teen". I think that's because Sims can "woohoo" - that is, get under the covers and giggle a lot, while hearts and confetti rain down. Also, some of the expansions add thing like "bubble bars" where Sims sit around a hookah-looking device and blow bubbles and also bars and kegs, where Sims get fruit juice, of course.

Going to the toilet is, by default, blurred and a naked Sim (even if you could see them) is totally Barbie dolled - no details.

It's much cleaner than, say, the news, most TV shows, and magazine covers at the grocery checkout.

Well, the sims can die, so death by burning is probably most graphical death in the game. (Screams, flames on the sims, rest of house burning), also death causes grim reaper to appear which may be scary sight for young kids. (Includes also ghosts, and dlc has some mystical creatures such as vampires, werewolfs, zombies and so on...)

But yeah, it totally depends how your children reacts different things, it may raise some questions, but those were things that came to my mind that may cause fear for children.
