Not sure this can happen by way of a config file for TS3 because I believe the game has to finish loading up first, which is when the mods kick in, before it knows what to do with cheat code status toggles like that.
edit: just ran the game and when i shift-clicked on the mailbox the testing options were not there..
i mean i already was looking into the mod for the stability tweaks but still i'd like to enable this..
I'm going to have to work from memory because NRaas moved and a lot of their documentation has not made the transfer, but click on any computer or on City Hall -> NRaas -> Overwatch then somewhere on the next menu is something like "console commands" and within that menu is one to add a new command, so "testingcheatsenabled true", followed by OK (click the checkmark) and then a second one to set autorun commands. The "testingcheatsenabled true" (which was not initially on the menu, but is now) will be set to "false," so you'll need to select it and click OK to set it to "true". After that you should be solid.
NRaas > Overwatch > Settings > Testing Cheats Enabled > True
That will switch testingcheats on automatically every time the game starts up and keep it there.
The mailbox cheats commands have nothing to do with NRaas mods, generally.
And do you not have a save to revert to from before leaving for Oasis Landing? Guessing not because you would have likely said so and this is probably no help for today, but I would never risk my entire ongoing game on a travel transition even with all the mod protection in the world as too many things can go wrong with any of them. One really needs a safe place, or rather several safe places, to revert gameplay to for when things like this happen.
thanks for the helpful suggestions at any rate!
