I know this is not what you want to hear, but I really think what you are seeing is intended behavior for a Level 10 Lycanthropy skilled werewolf. You may want to bring this issue to us at NRaas to see if other players have found a way to work around it. Or you may want to consider using NRaas StoryProgression to disallow Lycanthropy skill gains once a werewolf reaches Level 8 or 9 (just an idea, not tested or anything) to see if that helps.
Surely though the energy bar mechanics persisting after Lyncanthropy is cured is a bug though right? Do you happen to know how to fix that? I think instead of locking it at level 9 I will try to use herbalism and sleep potions from the generations chemistry set to see if I can manage it more to my liking. I already created a new werewolf and got him all the way up to 10 anyhow. I guess I'll have only the fact that werewolves seem to become filthy rich overnight to comfort me.
Edit: Just to clarify, I mean the Add/Remove Occult commands in MC Cheats. Not by using CAS.
