Why is one of my characters obsessed with woohooing?

For some reason, one of my female household members seems obsessed with woohooing with my guy character.

My guy is pretty much two-timing her and one other house member (however, all 3 of them have the No Jealousy and Above Reproach rewards). Both women are romantic interests with the guy, and live in the same house as him.
(Although, I'm moving him to gradually drop woman #1 as a love interest and go steady with the other woman)

While I'm sure my guy is fine with it, woman #1 triggers woohoo at any time, even during a party or in front of the rest of the house.
The other woman doesn't do this, though.

Even when I cancel the interaction for them both, within a minute, she goes right back to doing it.

Is there a way to get woman #1 to not be such a nymphomaniac?
A setting to make her less likely to go for a woohoo interaction?
Or is this just one of those strange things with Sims 3?

I'm using Nraas mods (MasterController, ErrorTrap, Overwatch, Dresser, Tuner, and Woohooer).

Woohooer can help control some of this especially with its Scoring add-on module and cool-down settings, but the problem there is that its settings apply to all sims across the board and that might not be what you want.

Sometimes we can find a reason for such behavior on a particular sim or a couple that doesn't seem to be affecting others. Does she have Flirty or Hopeless Romantic as traits where the other one might not? Possibly she is much more attracted to the guy than the other one is, overpoweringly so, with meshing zodiac signs and traits. Possibly she just doesn't have enough hobbies or access to other toys to play with to relieve Fun and maybe Social. Or maybe she is really in need of a MasterController Reset Sim to put her priorities back in order.

Have you tried not allowing the male sim to bathe for a few sim days (okay, that might have other unwanted consequences).

And sometimes it's just one of those things where a sim is overly interested or not interested in certain activities and we can't really find a reasonable explanation for it. If you weren't already going to break up with this one (or Just Be Friends or whatever was coming up soon) I would suggest a trial separation for a while to see if she cools down a bit.

There is a bug which has wishes get stuck, usually "sing karaoke". Once caught, there does not seem to be a cure and I usually abandon the sim eventually, I have never seen it with woohoo. However, if you take action to fulfil a wish then that wish, and actions associated with that wish will become more and more frequent (bug excepted). If you remove the wish and associated wishes continuously rather than satisfying them they will eventually reduce to manageable proportions. Obviously, traits will impact your sim's wishes and trait associated wishes will always come up more often. (You could use a cheat to change her traits to end the cycle quickly.)

Her traits weren't related to romance or such, so they wouldn't really have an influence.
(Her traits being Athletic, Unlucky, Schmoozer, Easily Impressed, and Natural Born Performer)

They have exercise equipment and she has Athletic trait, plus the all-powerful computer, so she had plenty of things to entertain her.
Plus at the time, her Social and Fun motives were maxed out.

And it's not just her. During a gift-giving party woman #2 was throwing, two of the guests suddenly decided to woohoo in my house. Neither one had a trait related to romance.

In the end, I used the Reset Sim option in MasterController to reset her, which seems to have helped.
