Education Career- Lectures

Is it just me, or does it seem a bit broken? I can do lectures until I get to Excellent level, and then that same day it can drop down to Normal or even Foul or Horrid. How do I keep this at a good level without having to spend every day doing lectures?

You should give lectures everyday, there is not cheat to do it as far as i know
