Putting pet up for neighborhood adoption
Okay, so I always see that my neighbors have pets up for neighborhood adoption. My dog recently had puppies and I would like to put the puppies up for this form of adoption but do not know how. Any help?

There will be an option to do that via your sim's cellphone or any computer in town.

it only shows the option to place for adoption, butu not neighborhood adoption

I don't know whether that option exists or not, then. If it does, I've never seen it.
