How do I sell nectar?

I bought Ambitions and registered as self employed. I have a cellar with wine already made and in racks, but I have no idea how to actually sell!

You can either sell it directly from your inventory or take it to the consignment store. You'll tend to get more Simoleons through consignment, but either way works. If you go to the consignment store, be sure to use the "Buy" menu option rather than "Browse".

So I tried the store but it appears as closed every day t every hour. Could you tell me how to sell it from my inventory? Thanks

Open the nectar rack and drag the contents (some or all) to your inventory. Once it's in inventory, drag it to the "sell" button on the left (cha-ching!).

As for the consignment store not being open, it's possible that the consignment register is glitched, so the game isn't assigning a Sim to it. There are a few things that might fix that problem.

The first requires getting a mod called Register from nraas.net and assigning a Role Sim to the consignment register.

The others fixes require deleting and replacing the register, deleting and replacing the lot, and that kind of thing. Those are iffy because they don't work consistently, but you're welcome to give them a shot since they don't require adding anything to the game.

As long as you are at NRaas, grab Overwatch and ErrorTrap. Traveller is needed if you have World Adventures, University Life, or Into the Future, but nice to have if you have other worlds (official or player-made) installed. And if you have Generations installed, DO NOT accept the "free vacation" opportunity; it can glitch your game beyond recovery.
