Items randomly disappearing in Inventory or Family Inventory

Laptop randomly disappears in my Sim's inventory or sometimes chairs and tables that are placed in the Family Inventory disappear even though I go back to my saved file. I keep saving everyday after ErrorTrap does its job around 3AM so I have multiple saves. The weird thing is my Wednesday save was fine but my Tuesday save have tables and chairs missing in the family inventory. So I'm guessing the game doesn't save the items properly. It's weird because I have most of the NRAAS mods like Overwatch, MasterController + Cheats and Error Trap and I don't get any error messages. BTW I also have Passion mod and several animation packages.
