The Sims™ 3

The Sims™ 3

What's The Hardest Challenge You Can Think Of?
It has occurred to me that when I have Aging off, the game is ridiculously easy, and when it's on, I still manage to pull off hitting the Lifetime Goal for my Sims before they die... And now I've got a character that's a vegetarian, hydrophobic, and is a coward, but the difficulty is still only 1 notch. Anyone have any ridiculous suggestions that could cause me to go insane while playing? I want something that is either the absolute most difficult thing to do, or something that's actually an interesting idea. Keep in mind, I have only The Sims 3, no expansion packs.

Befriend everyone and complete every single happiness thing that your sim wants before your sim dies.

Hmm, Maybe try a full house? More sims is definitely more challenging, and maybe have each with their own negative perks and specific lifetime wishes.

Mainly, but it is also dependant on what traits you give your Sims...

Only if you care about them... making a bunch of dysfunctional families to populate a town with at the moment... gave them all the craziest things I could... love how the neurotic guy keeps checking the faucet.. this game is great

The game itself does not rate a family any differently from their personality does it?

I think it does... I'm pretty sure it does... I'll take a screenshot of the family editor and link it in a few minutes. Let me load the game up first though, which will take a little while.

One that I found fun (not super challenging i guess) was to make a homeless guy. You still buy an empty lot, but can never build, or buy anything costing money. Your lot is more like a place to put found items like a trophy museum. Sell anything you find to help afford meals. And spread your seed. Take a lifetime wish related to relationships, or woohooing or whatever. And when you are near death monitor how your various b@stard children have grown.

So basically make a character, buy an empty plot, use the "FamilyFunds" cheat to strip myself of all my cash except enough for a single meal, and I'm not allowed to have anything but stuff I find... Hmm... I think I might actually try that one. It sounds interesting... Although, what am I supposed to do about sleeping and hygiene? I suppose for hygiene I could go to the gym or something...

Is there sleeping bags? That'd be a good choice

I think there are in DLC packs... But I don't think you can acquire those through normal means without, you know, paying money...
