Have Sims with no cooking skills cook, and don't have a smoke detector. Keep sending them back to the fire. Or, get them a fireplace and leave it burning unattended.

Testing Cheats to Set Hunger

1. Open the console: control + shift + c
   
2. Type in: testingCheatsEnabled true
   
3. Click + drag the Sim's hunger bar to the far left side.

Bonus: Electricity

Have a Sim with no tinker/repair skill try to fix a broken computer, dishwasher, TV, &c. while soaking wet from being in the rain or a sprinkler. They might only get a little shocked the first time, but send them back for more ASAP.

Bonus: Testing Cheats to Drown

1. Open the console: control + shift + c
   
2. Type in: testingCheatsEnabled true
   
3. Get the Sim to go swimming.
   
4. Click + drag the Sim's hunger and energy bars to the far left side.

Bonus: Testing Cheats to Age to Death

1. Open the console: control + shift + c
   
2. Type in: testingCheatsEnabled true
   
3. Shift-click on the Sim and Trigger Age Transition.
   
4. Keep going until they die of old age.
