Cant find purchased sim point items in my game

hi there, I just recently bought a washing machine and laundery hamper for my sims, and i cant find it in the game anywhere, i have downloaded it and installed and still cant find it anywhere...

Try under Buy Mode > Appliances > Large Appliances (or under Buy Mode > Bathroom) for the washer/dryer. For the hamper, try under Buy Mode > Appliances > Miscellaneous Appliances or under Buy Mode > Bathroom > Laundry.

If it's not in any of those spots, try shutting down the game and clearing your temporary files (as in section 3.4, below:

Sorry, but How do you do to earn sim points? I cant create the account

You can get some SimPoints by registering the base game and some of the EPs (don't know which ones currently qualify) at thesims3.com. (Log in with your EA/Origin account, and go to My Page > My Account > Register a Game; there, copy/paste the keys from Steam found by right-clicking the game in your Steam Library and choosing "View CD Keys".)

Otherwise, they must be purchased from Origin.
