Report a translation problem
You should be able to find all your save games .. named according to city you were playing.
I been playing Sunset Valley so my saves look like this:
Sunset Valley 0001
Sunset Valley 0002
Sunset Valley 0003
I use the default city name and just add a "4 digit serial number" so I can easily go back to previous saves.
Here is where "my" saves are located .. Your saves would likely have a similar address.
C:\Users\USER-NAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves
Hope that helps some.
You just "Edit Town" .. and select different household.
Configurations get wrecked sometimes .. You might need help to reConfigure when you're ready for that discussion.
Click on the member of the household you want to change to...
Click on NRAAS
Click on Master controller.
Click on "Make Active"
