Forgot sims3.com password and can't reset it please help!

Hi I forgot my sims3 website password and I can't reset it or make a new one it just won't go through and I don't know what to do.

If you go to thesims3.com website and click the login button, there is an "I forgot my password" link on the login screen. You'll need to furnish the email address that is associated with your account. If you do not remember that, you'll probably need to create a new account (which may mean that you have lost access to any games associated with that account). If you cannot access that email account any longer, you'll need to get with EA customer service (expect a very long time on hold and be surprised if it doesn't happen).

Definitely, if all else fails, contact their customer support. I had mine registered to an email address I no longer had access to, and after contacting support and being very patient with the fellow asking me questions, he moved everything to a new email address for me.

I do find the EA people actually helpful, if I'm just very clear about what help I need, and patient about them agreeing that yes, I need the help.
