I'm curious, do any of the expansion packs for the game include one of those secret doors disguised as a bookcase?

and World Adventures has a brick wall that turns, i havent played the sims in awhile but it should be purchaseable like other doors, if not then using the following cheats makes it easy to get one; testingcheatsenabled true and buydebug

It's "buydebug on", but otherwise, yeah. If it's not available in regular build mode, you'd find that revolving wall there, probably under Tomb Objects, but I haven't looked to verify.
