Origin: The Sims 3 Starter Pack

I bought TS3 a few months ago from steam, and had my EA/Origins account connected to it. I decided to chekc out Origin and browse games on there and when I looked up The Sims 3, it claimed I owned The Sims 3 Starter Pack (Late night and High End Loft Stuff). on the launcher it says I don't have any expansions/stuff and when I click to install them from Origins it says I need to buy those expansions. Can someone explain if I'm doing something wrong? Have I had these expansions the entire time without realizing it?

If you didn't buy them from Steam, you likely don't have them - Origin just messed up (shocking, I know). You likely need to talk to Origin support for help.
