service initialization failed 0x065d0274
i bought this game on sale -75% and i installed ts3, don't showed to me the serial number, or simply dont know how to turn it on. after that, as I wanted to turn the game showed me a black screen and just "service initialization failed 0x065d0274"
I think that this isn't the fault of RAM.

Can you tell us your specs (Windows version, CPU, RAM, and graphics processor)?

Here are the standard list of things to check for this error (try them in order):
  1. Ensure you have enough harddisk space for the game requirements.
  2. Make sure Windows is fully up to date.
  3. Update your .Net framework and make sure it's turned on. (Section 2.5 of the guide I've linked below.)
  4. Clean your registry - be sure to remove the registry entries for previous installs of the game or its EPs/SPs. (Section 2.6, below)
  5. Try running your game as an administrator. (Right-click ts3w.exe and choose Properties > Compatibility, and tick the box there.)
  6. Ensure all the required applications are all up to date (Internet Explorer, Adobe Air, Adobe Flash, Java, and C++ Redistributable). (Section 2.2, below.)
  7. Remove your User Files. (Section 3.6 below.)
  8. Defrag your harddrives.

And what about your CPU and each of the 8 items above?

oh, i forgot about CPU, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU, i tired this items above, and nothing :<

It sounds like your computer would struggle with this game - an i3 is not usually powerful enough for the game (but you don't say what kind of i3 it is, so it's hard to say for sure). Combine that with onboard graphics and only 6 GB of RAM, and this game will be very difficult for your computer to run. More so if you have any expansion packs in addition to the base game.

The game requires a 2.6 GHz processor if you're using Intel onboard graphics. Does your processor meet that requirement?

Anyway, usually Step 7 above fixes this issue. Are you sure you removed all the files you needed to?

The instructions are in the guide - but if you can't use it to help yourself, there's no amount of me typing that will help you. :steamsad:
