DRM on the Origin version

It's very cheap right now on Origin, besides the obvious nuisance that Origin is, there any additional DRM on there?

I was looking for a NFS game to play; I wish it was on sale cause I really feel like playing one. I was trying to find NFS MW 2005 edition to download for PC from gamestop or a digital distributor but can't seem to find anyone. NFS 2012 edition but I don't like that one.

I Have this Bought it from Steam and it go's like this

Steam Downloading ...... Now its Finsihed
I see Steam Shows a Serial Number
I click the NFSHP in the Steam GUI Window & it Loads
I do not get asked to use the Serial & Do not get asked to Activate.

NOTE:
I do not play Internet Gaming, so my Guess its an Internet Gaming Serial.

It appears to be a Steam DRM Game.

I Had Bought the Retail version of the game & had Problems with Serial (To many times I Activated the Serial) without relalising that you had to De-Activate 1st.

ORIGIN are 100% SCUM & after approx 30 emails later I gave up in them trying to fix it for me so got it on Steam and its a Relief as I should of got it on Steam in the 1st place.
