Hot Pursuit CD Key Error

As the title says, I have bought the game. When I installed and tried to launch it, it said couldn't connect to key server, it had no key. Even when I pressed on ''Cd Key'' it didn't show any?

oh go through steam help and used their links as they goto an ea advisor and the guy who helped me sorted it in mins it you bought ya game via steam goto the list of games purchased and tell them the date you bought the game and give the guy your nfs cd key and they should help you.id keep bugging them till some1 helps you as your entitled to the key if you purchased the game pc games thats what ya buying is the key

They gave me a phone number to call but I don't have an hour to wait right now. I'll do it when I have some more time.

id go back through the online help and keep doing it that way as giving you the phone number is another way of making more money out of you that you shouldnt have to pay

I have done both Steam and EA's online help. No one wants to sell me another key. I'd have to set up another account just for this one thing. No one at Steam or EA wants to push a simple reset button for me. Still looking for a highly illegal CD Key generator.

Did you enter first time on in-game or did you try it origin? if you enter the key on origin, it will come a fatal error that says: ''you used key too much''. Like that your cd key will be broken now. And purchased steam keys must not used on other platforms...

its a steam problem as when i got in touch with ea they told me that steam only gets access to so many keys but ea sorted my key problem out and its the online part where the error is so it dont matter weather its on steam or origin as i use my key on both and it works on both now

Did you use another web app like broadwinnt, VPN, IP Masker, or smthng like that?Or changing DNS. Because once i got weird error from steam(not fatal like this), and i removed these kinds programs(at least disabled all of'em) and my problem was solved. And.. did you try to activate on another internet source or another pc?If were on you i tried all of that. Because this is PC, you cant predict facts and causes... :)

Hmm, i was heard that steam used keys will be locks both if you enter them origin. But i think that was a myth... Then i think im wrong on this...

no no i just used the key as normal when ea gave me a new one then it worked fine on both steam and origin

Could you PLEASE tell me how you got a new CD key from EA? I've been trying for months. I honestly think buying 2 copies of the game could warrant ONE cd key I could use.

I bought and there were no problems unlike you but, NFS:HP is not as good as dirt series. And obviously dirt seriesis the best. And 1 more thing there is no much player on multiplayer. You should know that. Yesterday i played and we were just 3 playr. And the other playr exited after 1 min. So i think multiplayer session of this game has ended. I dont recommend you...

Yeah same here, they(EA support) have never been able to resolve it, heck I am still waiting for the call of the EA tech guy that was going to call me(5 months ago), dont buy this if you want to put up with excuses.
