And yeah, its incredible pathetic and shallow minded if they can't accept the original to be better to just remove it out of peoples libraries.
They realized that when you leave the original buyable like with the burnout paradise "remaster" that most realize that nothing improved and won't buy the remaster and even boycott it, simply because its a cashgrab.
So they decided to maximize the revenue and force the people to buy the remaster, because otherwise the people would be to intelligent to buy their ♥♥♥♥.
Like I said, Steam doesn't delete games that have been retired. I have plenty of retired games in my library, including this one.
