Lost my save game

I reinstalled the game last night looking to continue my career only to discover my save and progress was lost. WTF?

Anyone else experiencing that?

I used to backup and replace the save file, but it doesn't work correctly. Personal best record do still remain, but the mission progress showing that I haven't complete yet.

Damn, that sucks... I don't feel like starting all over again. What I don't understand is we were provided with the EA account system solely to be able to continue were we left off... I didn't pay for such crappy service.

Yeah not to mention AI cars rubberbanding so you can never outrun them or how the car steering controls suck unless you're driving at super high speeds...

I love this game, played it for 300 plus hours on Xbox then moved over to Steam to find a Ghost Town. As for Saved progress I am pretty sure I lost mine as well.

It's not hard, but I find it quite disappointing compared to previous installments. My favorite NFS game is Underground 1 (2003) and second and 3rd come Most Wanted (2005) and Carbon (2006) regardless of order and nothing comes close to those after that. Especially this one - it seems like the only 2 things it has going for itself are visuals (that still hold up) and fresh OST.

I find using E-Brake (Spacebar) on corners that it switches your car into a "drifting state", which feels very plastic and fake and you just leave the corner with NOS. It just feels so... uninspired.

Thank God I found that topic, I was going to reinstall Windows soon 😂

I haven't tried it yet but the claims are pretty impressive.

damn i tought i was the only one that have the problem i lost progress 4 times even tough i saved several times by the way the game is f***ing awesome when you use a g29 controller.
