Cool, not having this issue but curious. Is that under windows 10 /w latest update? & what GPU are you using.
I have the latest win10 update, 1809, my GPU = Intel UHD Graphics 620 (HP) + ATI AMD Radeon R5 M330 (HP)

You can disable on board GPU in your system BIOS (normally set to auto) which might also solve your problem.
You can enter your BIOS (basic input output system) shortly after turning on your PC by pressing F2, navigate to chipset settings and you should see the option.
