Autolog service is not working :(

I bought this game today in sale.
whenever i accept friend request, the client says that he/she is added to the friend list but in fact he/she is not added and unable to check the friend list. and vice versa.
Also I tried making private games and inviting friends but no one can be seen in the friend list even though Steam client alarmed that my friends are playing this game.
After reinstalling, it still remains the same.
Does anyone has this problem? and does anybody knows how to solve this problem, or knows how to make matches with friends without autolog service?

Are you playing with an old account or are you and your friend both new to the game? We're having the same issue, yet the two old accounts are working fine (connected years ago) and my friend who bought the game yesterday are unable to be friends with us.

my autolog is working properly i did play mp online no issue at all!

me and friend have both had this issue for three days now, uninstalled twice and tried a plethora of other crap. no luck. very frustrating. EA support is worthless. Did online chat with a guy who didnt seem to understand that i bought the game on steam,,,

yeah its definately something with new accounts from what ive been reading online. people who have had EA accounts can do this fine but we created ours newly when we got the game on a few days ago and are still not working

We did somehow manage to get something working, but I'm unable to look at my friend's profile, and I'm unable to invite her in. She is, however, now able to join me after accepting my friend request. Again, I'm not sure how that will help you though, as I'm an old user, and she's new.

If you're able, I might recommend installing it on another PC and trying it there. Might not work, but the friend list appears to remain.

I can try that i think. EA support guy was eventually able to get my game to redeem in origin, but even after that it still did not work

This is exactly what we did, and this does not affect whether or not we can accept friend requests IN the need for speed game.

tried installing the game on another PC and accepting the friend request, still no luck! just will not accept as a friend

Same here. I add my friend to my firend list. In his friend list, my id is appear. But in my friend list, his id doesn't appear. And after that i and my friends cannot connect to autolog. Playing carrer too cannot connect to autolog.
