You are not connected to Autolog services!?!?!?
anybody else having a problem staying connected last couple days?

Yeah im having the same problems, the servers aren't working over the past several days

I've opened a case with EA Support, they claim no server issues on their end ... I think that "advisor" had his head where the sun don't shine ... will try again with a different advisor (once one becomes available)

I've also tried installing the game through Origin to a different location on my hard drive. Same issue when launched through Origin.

Same problem here.I got the nostalgia to play the game again so i installed it again.I belive that I last played it was in 2015.I have the DVD version of the game.When i first installed it and play it there was no problem.Autolog went smoothly and it didn't disconected me and i played for like 4 hours straight.The next day when i try to play it again it dosent connect to autolog.When i press F1 to connect very shortly afterwards says "You are not connected to autolog services".I think there is a server issue or what the heck causes this?.

Found the Solution in another Thread:

for me it does not work. it tells me that the code is already use ...
can you help me pls

That's an appropriate fix for your first time connecting to Autolog. This is different, I'm convinced this is a server issue. I would ask that you all visit the EA Help site ... https://help.ea.com/en/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-hot-pursuit/ ... and submit a ticket so they will resolve this. Thanks

Still nothing here; harassing the support people is pretty much no use as they're the equivalent of robots. One of them claimed to have forwarded the issue on - Not sure if we can really trust that.

One of the temp-solutions I've found is you can spam the connect key, and try to get into the multiplayer lobby. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't.
