Where is the CD key?

I want to activate the DLC for the Ultimate edition and it says to go to the CD key tab or the list tab but I can't find this thing anywhere.

In March, 2022, where do you find the CD key for this game?

Also, I did look at the sticky post a the top of these discussions but I do not have a "view CD key" option like they describe.

There is no CD key because you don't need that to enable any DLC you buy on Steam; the extra contents gets activated automatically.
