Amazing little game with beautiful pixel art! Seriously, the artwork is gorgeous. I absolutely loved it, and it's incredibly well done. You play as a little nigiri on a mission to clean up all around a kitchen. It's cozy, fun, and really relaxing.

The levels are brilliantly designed, with each one taking place in a different part of the kitchen. You'll be cleaning everything from different shelves in the fridge, to cupboards, the ceiling fan, and even the kitchen sink sewers! I thought the level design was really clever. As you're completing some levels, you can spot other areas above or below you, giving you little sneak peeks of what's still to come. I really loved that touch.

Each level rewards you with bonus clean-ups, and some even have hidden rewards to discover. The game is packed with collectibles too, including stickers, decorations, CDs to change the music, and VHS tapes you can play on the little TV.

I did come across a couple of small bugs, but they're mostly just minor nit-picks. Some stickers don't appear underneath all your tools (that are on the wall) when placing them, which I believe is just a visual issue. I also had a bug where hidden rewards would sometimes stay on my screen after clicking them to clean. Even returning to the main menu didn't remove them, so I had to quit and relaunch the game to fix it.

I wish the game had a level completion screen to show whether you'd missed any hidden items or what percentage of cleaning you'd completed. That way, when revisiting levels, you'd know which ones to focus on. Another thing I'd have liked is for the pickaxe tool to be a bit faster its a bit slow lol. It would have been great if more levels made use of all the available tools too, as I felt in some levels you never really needed to touch certain tools at all.

I had so much fun playing this. It's a short game, but I loved every minute of it. The achievements are very straightforward too. You'll unlock most of them just by experiencing everything the game has to offer, with only one or two requiring you to go back and do something specific and even those are simple.

All in all, this is a must-buy if you enjoy cleaning simulators or games with satisfying cleaning mechanics.

Super cute and fun game! I played the demo and had to get the full version.

The nostalgic pixel art is really well done, and it’s especially fun playing as an adorable little piece of sushi. The level design is great too - while being cosy, it’s challenging enough to keep you engaged as you move around different parts of the kitchen through mould-washing tasks. I even found myself enjoying the fly!

It’s also packed with cute collectibles like stickers, music, and VHS tapes that you can display and use, which makes exploring feel worthwhile. The only thing I wish is that I could have upgraded my tools a little faster.

The game turned out to be short, but I still managed to get bored. While it has some cool moments, every single one of them comes with a downside. After completing it, I have no desire to recommend it to anyone. Overall, it feels like the game wasn't made from the heart, but rather as a contract job where at some point the developers were told, "Deadline is next week" so they just rushed to finish it so it would at least function.

• Did you know you can press [Tab] to highlight unwashed areas? I don't know if I missed it or if the developers forgot to tell me, but I only found out after beating the game because I was constantly confused by that huge flashlight icon.

• After 100% completion, one level still has a lock on it, as if there's something else in the game required to unlock it.

• The game showed us that we can climb up high to clean the inside of a bowl. Cool attention to details! But later in the game, you can completely forget about such mechanics.

• Why is there a need/mechanic to grind gold coins at all? It's simply not fun. Another reason to just cut half of the stickers from the game. Also, is it just me, or should holographic stickers be shaped like the others instead of being basic squares?

• What kind of a joke was that final boss fight? Where are at least 3-4 phases, or just anything substantial? It is cleared faster than some regular levels. I don't think that's good.

Here is how I see the ideal structure and flow of the game, addressing the core design issues to fully unlock it's potential:

• Spiral Map Layout: The level progression should follow a coherent spiral sequence moving from the refrigerator, across the stove and shelves, along the windowsill, and finally leading to the center where the final boss awaits. Get rid of the part where a new levels constantly jumps from side to side on the map. This will also make it possible to create a next-level teaser within the current one. I liked that it was there, but I didn't like that devs dont use it as they can.

• No Tool Restrictions: Restricting levels by tools? Hell no! Instead of demanding that players have specific tools beforehand, it is much better to provide them naturally within those levels.
  ᅠ
• Optional Tool Branches: Introduce separate level branches branching off the main spiral story path. These dedicated levels should be tightly focused on mastering newly acquired tools. How it was with air blower.

The game needs a real Final Boss! The final boss should feature multiple distinct phases that force the player to combine everything they've learned. It should require you to:

• Wash, burn, blow away, and extinguish targets (it's painfully obvious the developers cut fire mechanics but left the fire extinguisher in).
  ᅠ
• Deal with boss mechanics like spawning bugs and throwing trash that must be cleaned using both default and alternative firing modes.

• Fight against wind mechanics designed to stop you from successfully throwing trash into bags. Idk.

• Clear Tutorial: Right at the start of the game, explicitly tell the player about the hint-scanner [Tab] and all the control schemes - including hotkeys like M to mute music, the hotkey to toggle shaders, etc.

• Refined Map Secrets: Make the map more rewarding by allowing players to track if they have found all the hidden secrets on a given level.

• Logical Upgrades: Turn the mini pressure washer into the starting tool, and make the larger pressure washer its direct upgrade instead of additional tool. Similarly, the axe should serve as the second tier upgrade for the pickaxe. Every single tool in the game must have a proper upgrade path.

• Alternative Modes: Actually polish and flesh out the alternative modes for the tools that have them, giving them distinct purposes.

• Cut the Bloat: Cut the total number of stickers in half and completely remove the tedious gold coin grind. Collectibles should feel like a genuine reward for exploration, not a chore.

• Remove the Backrooms: Just completely delete the out-of-place Backrooms levels.
  ᅠ
• Holographic Rewards: To emphasize their rarity and uniqueness, make only the hidden, secret stickers found within the levels holographic.

I'm not writing all of this because I hate the game, but because I actually enjoyed playing it. The first 1-1.5 hours were genuinely fun. I love the cleaning loop, the music, the concept, and most of the pixel art. It just makes me really sad that the game is only a few steps away from feeling complete. As it stands, it fails to live up to its full potential.
