I finished hardcore mode but no foam finger?
I finished hardocre mode and started a new game plus on hardocre save but i didnt get it why?

The PC version is bugged and needs you to finish in 1 go (without leaving).

You could download the Dead Space 2 Save Editor to add items (aka. hand cannon) into your inventory (better make a backup of the saves first, and use it on an already started game). After all, you did finish Hardcore.
