Skipping the launcher for big-picture mode / in-home streaming?

Looks like the launcher confuses steam's in-home streaming, so I can't successfully run the game on my gaming PC and view it from my living room :( Is there a way to skip it, like a command line shortcut to directly launch one of the games?

(Already tried running ze1.exe / ze2.exe instead of running launcher.exe - both of the individual exes just redirect me to the launcher. Even running with command line args like "render=0 window=1 msaa=0 width=1280 height=720 vsync=0 filtering=0 hint=0" to replicate being launched by the launcher redirects back to the launcher...)

Nope :( Though I have just moved house, and now being able to use in-home streaming is a higher priority for me, so I'll take a second shot at it (though an official solution would be infinitely better than whatever hack I may or may not come up with)
