A puzzle explanation.
I was wondering what the puzzle in the Torture Room means. It's not hard to brute force it, but I would love to understand the logical solution.

It says "Match the blocks on top". What does this mean? After brute forcing it, it's clear that they don't mean matching top and bottom number of blocks.

Yeah, "Hint"s are crucial to solving the puzzles.

That is so weird. I never needed the "Hint" in any of the previous puzzles. I always thought Hint meant to help me solve the puzzle if I couldn't figure it out on my own.. I'll keep this in mind.
