Why did *spoilers* disappear during the *end spoilers*

Why did June/Akane disappear during the True Ending?

She didn't die because Junpei saved her.

I get that she is Zero and set this thing up in order to safe herself in the past but whats up with her fever?

Also at the end it was implied that Seven had lied to Junpei about what he saw in the incinerator. Does that mean Seven was apart of the plan the entire time? Why did he even have amnesia in the first place?

1. That's the safe ending, and she dissapeared because something something time paradox. At that point, she died in the incenerator in the first nonary game, so she *couldn't* be there. It's kinda confusing, but the second game kind of tries to explain it. In a way.

2. Her fever only really shows up when you make the wrong choices, getting Junpei killed, causing Akane's death in the first nonary game. It's less of a fever than the timeline where Akane dies in the incenorator becoming the timeline they're in. So it's her burning up in the incenorator.

3. It's not really explained at all. Could be either, there's hints pointing to both theories.

She is in the incinerator with Santa, Junpei and the rest of them

She goes to lay down and she disapears

But she also does disapear in the safe ending but thats in the coffin room
