Lotus doesn't look like she is 40 either. =)
Lotus is the one that bothered me, because she has the super slutty outfit, yet they keep calling her "old lady".
Actually, its possible that Clover was younger in the original Japanese version, but they upped her age for the overseas release. I think that happens quite often.
Also no real reason to make her look older - there isn't any sexual content in the game.
Most of the other characters I could at least buy the ages for. Clover was the only one that really shocked me (and I was someone who didn't have a problem with FE's thousand year old dragon, :P).
If Seven seems tall in this game, he must seem like a freaking giant if placed in the Danganronpa universe or something.
