Now, I was just stating that I didn't like it in my first post, not that it was a reason not to use the English dub; the same applies for the Japanese dub with Junpei's voice. It's just my personal opinion; if you liked Clover's English voice, good for you, same to anyone who hated it. Let's try not to start a "but x is good/bad, why can't you agree?!" dub wars-like kind of argument.
I agree with you completely! @red Glad i'm not the only one who wasn't fond of Clover's voice acting. I lovedddddd everyone elses tho. Junpei is spot on. I fel as if Clover was a little overacted sometimes... or... maybe just too loud? i can't say for sure either.
Only japanese games I always play in english are the Persona games. They have kickass dubs.
IMO, english VAs in Japan's games usually are very limited in options in term of voice's 'characters'. When I heard English VAs , I practically can only imagine 3-4 characters in my head just by listening to their voices. And that's killing the games for me.
(still plays all of the games on japanese cuz junpei`s and sigma`s actors sound hot, and kyle`s is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Daisuke Ono)
for these three games: english
