Flowchart keys

So this is for 999 i just got my first ending and want to try a different decision but I cant at the point i keep reloading at it has a key with chains covering it. What does this mean and how do i fix it ?

If I had to guess, it's because you're locked out of that one. For some of the paths, you need to go through a specific door in order to get or hear something important to that ending. Could you show me a screenshot of your Flowchart? I can tell you which door you need to go through if you'd like.

I have only done one playthrough and am not sure how to do the other path

Yeah, that's what I thought. I'd recommend doing some other choices at the moment. You'll unlock it when you make the right decisions, because I'm not 100% sure which ending out of 2 that that is. Just remember: When asked, take the clover bookmark.

No. There is but a single small decision that affects the bigger picture, and that's whether or not you take the clover bookmark. Every other decision that matters causes a branch on the flowchart.

Okay, I just figured out which ending that is. In order to unlock it, you need to go through Door #5. It's the only ending required to get the true ending.

I think it's really better to play though the basic endings first though. Assuming it matches the original game, if you went though door 4 then there are three basic endings you can get just by going to the last choice of doors and choosing each of them, and you should just do that first.

After finishing those, to reach the "Safe" ending, go through the doors in this order: 5, 8, 6. After that the "True" ending is unlocked and found following doors 4, 7, 1, and choosing the right answers along the way.

is there any way to re-lock the yellow key event the "Zero loses" ending (middle branch, left ending) triggers? I want to see the actual "the three left behind" (left branch, left sub) "bad" ending

Just go through the Number 4 Door, and you should be good

As I recall, that isn't really an ending. It's just a fade-to-black that you can't progress past, so you haven't missed anything.

No, that's the middle branch. From the description (left branch, left sub-branch), it sounds like he wants to see the Coffin Ending, but as I said that's not a real ending.

How did I completely miss that he said left branch? Yeah, that's exactly what it is. But he should still be able to see it if he goes through Door 4
