Controller look up and down not working / esperanza fighter pad

Analog option has to be enabled in the pad to be able to look around.
But I can only look right and left, up and down is not working.
I've installed drivers from the producer website but it did not help.

This is the pad

I've found out that Steam does not detect right stick up and down moves either.

The solution is to:
1) install driver from producers website
2) restart
3) open steam > settings > pads > settings > pad
4) bind all the keys and save
