Forest: "On Thin Ice" achievement not showing up
The title is pretty self explanatory. I'm not getting the "On Thin Ice" achievement when I complete the level without the ice cube melting. I already tried several times, I even managed to get past that part without moving the ice cube at all, and still I haven't unlocked the achievement. Someone posted an achievement guide earlier and apparently had the same issue (this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2500421373)

The requirements for getting this achievement are unclear.
- The ice cube must touch the rock you climb up.
- The ice cube must not melt completely.
- You get the achievement when you get to the next section.

I spent ages trying to not let a single piece of the cube melt but in the end it only worked when I got my half melted cube to touch the rock face.

Can you Elaborate on this please as I have done exactly that on multiplayer, single player, half melted and still nothing. I dont see how its so hard to add a - <if finish game - and ice is NOT melted> give achievement.

Mine wasn't quite halfway, and I do excuse for the semi-necro. But I did all this. It worked and it is not a glitched achievement. Thanks.

YAY! this worked! I spent quite a lot of time trying to do it, I tried not touching the ice cube, touching but not letting it melt at all, touching and letting it melt until it was very thin, and it turns out all I had to do was press it against the rock. Thank you lol
