[BUG] Start Game, black screen.

As the title says I start the game and the screen is black, I left it there for a long time and still, it only progresses to the name of the developer if I shift+tab and even then it just gets stuck there witht he steam overlay at 50% transparency, even does it with Steam overlay disabled but with it disabled I'm just stuck at a blank screen. Any fix?

And yes I verified the game and reinstalled.

Gotten to the point where its just playing music now but still black screen.

Okay call me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot, I do IT but still didn't think of restarting. Works now, rebooted computer.
