Left Arm Grab Stuck

I can't use my left arm, any time I press the trigger it just gets stuck, the arm is bent inwards towards the chest. I can't grab onto anything, it's incredibly infuriating.

i just had this problem you cant have a controller connected whilst playing this game that is why it bugs out, i just disconnected mine now it works fine xD
