Museum - bug/design flaw
Apparently the cannon in museum only fires once, me and my friend shot a ball at the bell, then none of the matches would light the cannon after, softlocking us.

or reload checkpoint and does the same thing over and over for 4 more times

We were going for the eye achievement so we didn't want to reload, but this did fix it.
