Any tips to "climb" up?

It feels so harder than it should be! Any way to just easily climb up a wall, or once you pushed up a ledge and need a bit more, how can you pull up more?

there isn't really a puzzle you have to use this technique to solve, but if you're holding on with one hand, you can kinda swing back and forth to gain more height. Then, just grab with your other hand. it's slow, but you'll climb up doing that.
