No "Eye Spy" Achievement

I cant get the achievement "Eye Spy", i looked at every eye, i even touched every one of the. but i still cant get it, does anyone know why this is?

same problem here, watched and touched all eyes (local game). Nothing.

I played with a friend and it didn't unlock for either of us. Played it solo and it did.
